WAYFIX MIC LTD provides roadside assistance, on‑site minor repairs, and vehicle recovery services.
We attend your location, assess the issue, and either:
· carry out a minor repair on the spot, or
· transport the vehicle to a destination of your choice (e.g. a garage, your home, or another agreed address).

2. Booking and arrival
We do not require a deposit or any advance payment.
You only pay after the service has been completed.
When you call us:
· We will ask for your location and a brief description of the problem.
· We will give you an estimated arrival time.
· If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
We operate 24/7, but arrival times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and the number of active call‑outs.

3. Payment
Payment is due immediately after the service is completed.
We accept:
· Card payments (on the spot)
· Bank transfer (on the day of service)
No deposit or pre‑payment is required. You are not charged for simply calling us.

4. What is included
On‑site minor repairs include (where possible):
· Battery jump‑start or replacement
· Tyre change (with your spare wheel)
· Minor electrical faults
· Coolant or fluid top‑up
· Belt and hose checks
Vehicle recovery includes:
· Loading the vehicle onto our recovery truck
· Transport to a single address of your choice within the agreed service area
If additional work is required beyond the initial scope, we will inform you and agree on any extra costs before proceeding.

5. What is not included
We do not:
· Carry out major mechanical repairs on the roadside
· Provide parts (unless arranged in advance)
· Cover storage or parking charges after delivery
If your vehicle requires parts for a minor repair, we may offer to source them, but the cost of parts will be added to the final amount.

6. Cancellation
If you no longer need our help after we have already been dispatched, a reduced call‑out fee may apply. This covers the time and fuel spent reaching your location.
If you cancel before we have left our base, no charge applies.

7. Liability
We take reasonable care when handling your vehicle. We are not liable for:
· Pre‑existing damage to the vehicle
· Damage caused by third parties after the vehicle has been delivered to the location you requested
· Issues arising from repairs attempted by others before our arrival
If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will review the matter and resolve it in a fair and timely manner.

We primarily cover London and the surrounding areas.
If you are outside our usual coverage zone, we will inform you when you call and agree on whether we can attend.
